Birch jumps

Duralock now manufactures synthetic hurdle units to complement their range of PVC racerail.

Building a jump, oxer, open ditch or a simple hurdle is now easy and longlasting!

Duralock Jumps are available in various heights and widths. They are designed to be inserted into either metal or wooden frames. They can also be assembled with a threaded rod, certain models being pre-drilled.

The bundles closely resemble natural birch, popular for its aesthetic and technical properties: two different branch styles complement each other. The perfect balance of flexibility and strength means the horses can brush through the top of the fence in complete safety. Quality control in the design and manufacture have been meticulously controlled by experts.

Dark brown in colour, treated with UV inhibitors and highly resistant to discoloration, the bundles are bound with 3 galvanized metal ties, 1.7mm thick.

The synthetic birch is firmly fixed into a rigid, high-density foam block, which is waterproof, will not rot and retains its shape.
