The Duralock Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Yasmin O’Connell (née Seath) as UK Managing Director, marking an important milestone for both Yasmin and the business.
Yasmin has been part of Duralock for nine years, joining the company during a period of change and playing a key role in its development into a trusted international supplier of sports and equestrian safety systems. Over that time, she has worked across commercial operations, client services and strategic development, becoming a respected leader within the organisation and a familiar face to many of our clients and partners.
Her appointment reflects a strong belief in developing leadership from within and recognising those who truly understand the values, people and standards that define Duralock. Yasmin has been instrumental in strengthening internal processes, supporting long-term client relationships and helping to guide the business through its next phase of growth.
As UK Managing Director, Yasmin will take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the UK business, overseeing commercial performance, operational delivery and team development. She will work closely with the wider Group leadership team to ensure Duralock continues to deliver safe, reliable and high-quality solutions across both the sports and equestrian sectors.
