Lars Broeckelmann – International Sales Manager  

Lars has been part of Duralock’s beating heart for almost 7 years, successfully running our Europe Sales office. Lars has overseen a number of large equine and racing redevelopment projects during this time, as well managing schemes with leading European sports facilities. Lars’s attention to detail and vast knowledge of the Duralock product range makes him the perfect candidate to lead our international growth plans and manage existing worldwide accounts.

James Hill – UK Sales Manager  

James’s professional background started as a property surveyor where he gained experience advising on city regeneration and infrastructure development projects throughout the UK. Following this James worked as a consultant for an executive search firm leading and implementing their commercial strategy for new business development whilst building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Having grown up on a family farm not far from Newmarket, James has a natural interest in agriculture and the equine industry. He’s a passionate sportsman and there aren’t many sports he doesn’t play or regularly attend throughout the year. The combination of James’s personal and professional background gives him the experience and knowledge required to support our nationwide projects.
