Strengthening Our Global Team: Welcoming Mehmet Can Ayhan as International Project Manager.We are delighted to announce that Mehmet Can Ayhan has joined Duralock as our new International Project Manager, a pivotal role in our strategy for global expansion.

Mehmet brings a wealth of experience and a strong international perspective that will be instrumental as we continue to grow and strengthen our presence across new markets. With a proven background in managing cross-border projects, coordinating stakeholders across regions, and delivering results under challenging timelines, he embodies the skills and mindset needed for growth at scale. His ability to adapt to diverse markets, understand local nuances, and deliver consistent success aligns perfectly with our mission.

Having worked with the Sports Turf Research Institute (STRI), Mehmet has been closely involved in the planning and delivery of world-class sporting facilities. His time with the Turkish Jockey Club gave him hands-on experience managing complex equestrian projects, from racing infrastructure to wider facility improvements — providing him with a unique understanding of the needs of international racing organisations and sports facilities.

At Duralock, Mehmet will oversee projects across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond, working closely with our sales, design, and technical teams to ensure every project is delivered seamlessly, on time, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

This is an exciting step forward for Duralock as we continue to expand our international footprint. Mehmet’s appointment strengthens our ability to deliver exceptional service worldwide, and we’re confident he will play a key role in shaping the next chapter of our journey.
