Jonathon McGovern, CEO

Jonathon has led the management of Duralock since 2016 and has been the driving force behind Duralock’s growth and development both in the UK and Internationally. Prior to Duralock, Jonathon worked in Finance sector in the City of London.

Julie Skerrett, General Manager

Julie Skerrett has been part of the Duralock team since 2008, with a background in customer service she provided an important link between the client and manufacturing.  Over the years Julie has seen the business grow extensively and now as General Manager oversees the Duralock head office in Enstone, from accounts and purchasing, through to technical and manufacture and everything in between.

Tom Whiteley, Head of Technical

Tom is our Head of Technical here at Duralock, overseeing the R&D side of the business.

Tom joined Duralock in July 2020. He has a  wealth of experience in design for manufacture and works across a broad range of projects here at Duralock. Tom is involved in client projects across all stages of development, from concepting and prototyping to the development of solutions that are ready for manufacture. Tom also brings with him a firm understanding of the production environment and is always looking for solutions as he doesn’t believe in problems!

Outside the office you’ll find him cycling, running or at his local boxing gym. Tom also enjoys drawing and creating illustrations. “Eat, Sleep, Design, Repeat”

Yasmin Seath - Head of Projects & Partnerships

Yasmin joined Duralock in 2015 and has been an integral part of the companies growth during this time. Earlier this year Yasmin was promoted in to the newly created role of Head of Projects & Partnerships, a role that will be instrumental in supporting clients with their facility developments. Yasmin combines excellent customer service skills with extensive  sales and strategic planning know how. Yasmin is passionate about the company and committed to working with stakeholders to grow the Duralock brand and reaffirm the companies position as world leaders in the manufacture and provision of PVC-u barrier solutions.

Matt Bartle, Commercial Director

Matt has spent the last 20-years working in the Sports and Leisure sector with a specific focus on  project management, B2B growth, capital infrastructure development and delivery. Driven by quality and integrity Matt has  a proven record in managing large multi-discipline teams to deliver complex, multi-faceted projects. Combining excellent strategic planning abilities with extensive commercial acumen Matt ensures projects and bespoke tasks are delivered on time and within budget. Matt's previous experience includes roles at The Football Association (The FA), The Football Foundation (FF) & Sport England (SE)

David Attwood, Head of Equestrian & Racing

David joined Duralock in November 2020. David brings with him a wealth of experience from his time as Operations Executive for the Jockey Club working at Huntingdon Racecourse. During his time there he worked on two Aintree Grand Nationals and various high-profile flat meetings at Newmarket. In 2015 he took up the position of Operations and facilities manager at Leopardstown Racecourse which through time evolved into Head of Racing and Operations. He was responsible for everything from the track and buildings to running all the 23 racedays and overseeing a €18million redevelopment of the site.
